Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that some items are assembled to order and have a lead time to ship. For these items the selected speed of shipping only starts after the lead time to ship so selecting expedited does not change the lead time to ship time only the shipping time AFTER the lead time to ship has completed. Orders may be shipped on weekends or holidays but not counted as business days (M-F). Order placed after 2:00 PM eastern time are considered the next day’s orders.
In the rare occasion that we cannot ship within 2 business days, we will notify you by email or phone.
BackordersIn the rare event of a backorder. We will immediately notify you of the expected delay. When an item is backordered with us, we will ship it to you as soon as it arrives. In the event of a product being placed on backorder, while you have other available items on that order, we will ship all in-stock, available items immediately. Your backordered item(s) will be sent to you as soon as it arrives
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges will calculate the best rate and best carrier on your location and order size and weight.
Shippers possible are USPS, UPS, FedEx.
* Overnight and two-day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery- carrier delays can occasionally occur .
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
CustomToolBelt.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
CustomToolBelt.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
CustomToolBelt.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials, take photos of damaged goods and packaging before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to Canada and US only.
